Your role as a Business Advisor: In the role of Business Advisor, you will work with both existing and new customers. This means that you will be working on new customer acquisition while also managing the existing customer base. To thrive in this role, we see that you are a person who never wants to stop developing, wants to be part of Advisera's success journey, and together build an engaged and successful sales team.
You will be responsible for advising and selling to corporate customers in the region. Your job will be to identify the customer's needs, present the right solution to the customer while achieving your own and the team's goals. You are responsible for your customers and for building long-term customer relationships and your own customer base.
Colleague Oliver shares how a day might look: "A day as an advisor can be very varied, but it usually starts with a cup of coffee at the office and a few minutes of pleasant conversation and laughter with colleagues. The first activity of the day is dedicated to working on potential new customers, and after creating new contacts, you head out in your car to attend a customer meeting. The meeting could be with a small family business with a down-to-earth atmosphere or with a large publicly traded company – the contrasts in this role are truly amazing!
When you return to the office, the day may include a team meeting and end with reviewing and analyzing our customers' contracts, preparing presentations, and planning for tomorrow's work.
Job Responsibilities:
With us, you will start your employment with an introduction and training that gives you a basic understanding of our various products and services. After the training, you will gradually take on our customers and create your own deals. You will manage the entire sales chain, from booking meetings with customers to offering the most suitable solution for each specific customer. You will provide regular updates on your sales activities, have continuous sales follow-ups with your immediate manager and colleagues to support each other in your processes.
Personal Qualities:
- You are passionate about sales and succeeding in business.
- You have good communication skills and feel comfortable with customer contact both over the phone and in personal meetings.
- You are socially competent with high morals and ethics.
- You are business-driven, trustworthy, and pedagogical.
- You are competitive.
We would like you to:
- Have documented good sales results or will soon finish your studies.
- Hold a valid driver's license (B).
- Have an educational background in e.g., economics, law, or sales.
